As on date we are having 12 franchisee stores across the different villages/towns of Gujarat and we wish to explore every possible village and encourage the villager to be an entrepreneur and benefit from our brand.
In case of Hearty Mart supermarket franchisee the ideal space requirement is 400+ square foot. For us to launch such a franchisee model makes sense, as we don't have to invest to expand. We train and guide the franchisee owners and help them get the best deal from the suppliers. Most of the merchandise is provided by the parent Hearty Mart and this has helped us gain more buying and negotiating power.
These efforts have contributed immensely in upgrading the lifestyle of the people residing in particular villages and motivated budding rural entrepreneurs to be stationed in their respective villages and do a business which is considered to be up market and modern.

A strong need of organized retail was identified in very small villages, where the concept of super market is too big and practically not viable. We launched a concept of "Hearty Mart Saral Shopping", here, we tie-up with an existing kirana store of the village & help him run the retail shop in an organized manner. We help him buy the merchandise, provide him with our insights and guide him run the store smoothly. The concept is applicable to existing retail kirana store owners as well as to new entrepreneurs interested in organized retailing. No prior experience is required. Hearty Mart Saral Shopping can be given to a kirana store which has space of 250 sq feet and above.
