In the early 2004, Hearty Mart Super Market was launched at Vishala Circle. A dipstick research within the locality and nearby area prompted us to select the location, which was on the main road and it was also the approach road to Baroda via Narol. It served the needs of traffic coming from Paldi and heading towards Rajkot and also vehicles coming from Sarkhej and moving to Baroda. This strategic crossroad location also provided us the opportunity to serve the needs of various communities and thus create goodwill in the region. The colour scheme of the logo and the furniture is deliberately kept red, so as to inform our customers that they receive a red carpet welcome at our store. The logo has an image of a smile, which is what we want our customers to have at our store. This made us realize the potential of starting a super market in the region and we knew that, if we are able to provide good products along-with a better service in the vicinity, we would be successful.
